Requirements
Original new passport with a minimum validity of 8 months before departure, and the old passport. The new passport must be signed in the signature box on the last page. If a signature box is not present, a signature must be added on an endorsement page by the issuing immigration office.
Original Sponsorship Letter from your current employer, on company letterhead with a company stamp. The letter must state your job title, length of employment, and monthly salary. It must also explain the purpose of the trip, the dates of travel (departure and return), and who will be covering the expenses. The letter cannot be signed by the person who is traveling.
If you are the business owner, attach a copy of the SIUP/NIB/Kemenhumham (Business License/ID/Ministry of Law and Human Rights approval).
Last 3 months of bank statements, officially stamped and legalized by the bank, and a Bank Reference Letter. (Time deposit statements are only supplementary documents and cannot replace the 3-month bank statement).
Proof of ticket reservation from departure until your return to Indonesia. If you are traveling between countries, attach the domestic or international flight bookings for those transfers.
Travel insurance with a policy value of at least USD 50,000 / EUR 30,000, which must include COVID-19 coverage.
Photocopy of a student ID card/school enrollment letter for children, and a photocopy of the KTP (ID Card) for adults.
Hotel Booking.
Two (2) photos, size 3.5 x 4.5 cm, with a white background and the face taking up 70% of the image.
Mandatory Document Translation by a Sworn Translator: The following documents must be translated: KTP (ID Card), KK (Family Card), Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate, SIUP/NIB/KEMENHUMHAM, and Name Change/Citizenship Certificate (if any). If the documents are already bilingual, they do not need to be translated again.

- The estimated processing time is a minimum of 15 working days from the date of the biometric submission.
