Australia Visa Requirement
Requirements
Fill out the Tourist Visa Application Form 1419 (MUST BE COMPLETED).
Complete Form SC600 (MUST BE COMPLETED).
Fill out Form 956A, to be signed on page 6, part C, number 29.
Fill out the Travel Declaration Form.
Fill out Form 1229 for applicants under 18 years of age who are applying for a visa with only one parent or without their parents (MUST BE COMPLETED).
Color scan of a valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months calculated from the date of return to Indonesia (scan all pages that have stamps and visas). Blank pages do not need to be scanned.
Scan of a recent color photo, size 4×6 cm, with a white background. You must not wear glasses, a hat, or soft lenses.
Scan of ID Card (KTP), Family Card (KK), Marriage/Birth Certificate, Marriage/Divorce/Death Certificate, Name Change/Indonesian Citizenship Certificate (if any), or the official receipt for an ID card application.
Scan of personal financial proof for the last 3 months.
Scan of an employment sponsorship letter in English, on company letterhead that includes the company’s address and phone number, and it must be stamped. For business owners, attach the SIUP, NIB, Kemenhumham approval. If the applicant is a housewife, a sponsorship letter from the husband (in English) is required.
Scan of a student ID card/enrollment letter (for those still in school/college).
If the purpose of the visit is to see family, you must attach: a photocopy of the passport, visa, and ID of the relative/child in Australia, proof of the family relationship, an invitation letter, and the full address, phone number, and email of the family in Australia.
For applicants under the age of 18 traveling with only one or neither parent, you must include a consent letter stating that the parents are aware the child will be traveling to Australia. This letter must be signed by both parents over a “Materai” (duty stamp) and be accompanied by photocopies of both parents’ ID cards (KTP) and their marriage certificate. If one parent is deceased or has sole custody/guardianship, provide documents proving this.
Applicants aged 75 and over are required to undergo a medical examination at a hospital designated by the Embassy. The procedure is as follows: the documents are processed first, and mid-process, the Australian Embassy will issue a request letter for a medical check-up. After completing the medical check-up with this letter, the designated hospital will send the results directly to the embassy.
If required by the embassy, the applicant will be asked to provide travel insurance (a plan covering at least USD 50,000 is recommended).
For Applicants Updating Passport Details for an Existing Visa
Fill out and sign Form 929.
Color scan of the front page of the new passport.
Color scan of the front page of the old passport (the one associated with the visa).
Scan of the valid Australian visa.

No physical documents are required; all documents are to be sent via email to (ausiedoc.txtravel@gmail.com).
Documents must be sent as separate PDF files, with each file not exceeding 5 MB.
The visa’s validity will begin from the date it is issued / the date the visa grant email is received from the embassy.
The visa process takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the approval email from the embassy.
