Letter of Consent from Husband (if he is not traveling with the applicant), along with a photocopy of the husband’s ID Card (KTP).

Three (3) color passport photos, size 3.5 x 4.5 cm, with a white background.

Photocopy of ID Card (KTP), Family Card (KK), Marriage Certificate, and Birth Certificate.

School Enrollment Letter (in English).

Original Bank Reference Letter.

Financial records for the last 3 months (Bank Statement). This is mandatory for applicants aged 18 and above and must be updated no more than 5 days before the appointment date.

For employees, it is mandatory to attach salary slips from the last 3 months.

Ticket Printout.

Hotel Confirmation for all countries to be visited. It is mandatory that these are from VSL and not from Booking.com, G2, Kuoni, or Agoda.

Original Sponsorship Letter (in English).

Letter of Financial Support (in English), clarifying who is financing the trip (this must correspond with the financial records provided).

Travel Insurance (with a minimum coverage of EUR 30,000).

Photocopy of SIUP (Business License) and a Business Card (if available).

The applicant is required to appear in person, even if they have previously had a biometric visa (VIS).
