Canada Visa Requirement
Requirements
Original new passport with a minimum validity of 8 months before departure, and the old passport. The new passport must be signed in the signature box on the back page or on an endorsement page added by the issuing immigration office.
School/University Enrollment Letter in English. An ID card alone is not sufficient; an official letter is mandatory.
Two (2) recent color passport photos, size 3.5 x 4.5 cm, with a white background and the head taking up 75% of the image. You must not wear a hat or glasses. (Both a soft copy and a printed copy are required).
Proof of ticket reservation from departure until return to Indonesia, plus proof of hotel reservation from the beginning to the end of the trip. You must also provide a travel itinerary with day-by-day details of your activities in Canada.
Last 6 months of bank statements, officially stamped and legalized by the bank, and a Bank Reference Letter. (Time deposit statements are only supplementary documents and cannot replace the bank statement).
An employment sponsorship letter in English, on company letterhead that includes the company’s address and phone number, and it must be stamped. For business owners, attach the SIUP, NIB, and Kemenhumham approval. If the applicant is a housewife, a sponsorship letter from the husband (in English) is required.
Photocopy of ID Card (KTP), Family Card (KK), Marriage Certificate (if married), Name Change Certificate (if you have ever changed your name), a school enrollment letter in English for any child still in school, the child’s birth certificate, or an official receipt for an ID card application.
All documents must be on A4 size paper and submitted as hard copies to the central office.

Notes:
Children under the age of 14 and adults over the age of 79 are not required to provide biometrics.
All other applicants must attend the biometric appointment at the VFS office at the scheduled time.
The visa’s validity will begin from the date it is issued / the date the visa grant email is received from the embassy.
The visa will be issued according to the passport’s validity period. For example, if the passport is valid for 3 years, the visa will be valid for 3 years.
