New original passport with a minimum validity of 7 months and the old passport (if any).

Photocopy of ID card (KTP) and Family Card (KK).

2 (two) copies of the LATEST color passport photos, size 3.3cm x 4.8cm (background must be white) and a soft file of the photo via email (because the photo must be uploaded to the form) (photo requirements: teeth must not be visible, must not wear white clothing, accessories such as glasses, earrings, and necklaces, and the use of soft lenses is not permitted).

Flight booking and hotel booking.

For children, if both or one of the parents cannot join, it is mandatory to attach (a parental consent letter, parents’ ID cards, parents’ passports, and the child’s birth certificate). This written statement must include the travel dates and the parents’ contact information.

For business purposes, additional documents are required: an Invitation Letter from the company in China which must have the company’s red stamp and the inviter’s ID CARD, and a sponsorship letter from the company in Indonesia.
