Original new passport with a minimum validity of 8 months before departure, and the old passport. The new passport must be signed in the signature box on the last page. If a signature box is not present, a signature must be added on an endorsement page by the issuing immigration office.

Two (2) recent color passport photos, size 3.6 x 4.7 cm, with a white background and the head taking up 75% of the image. You must not wear a hat, glasses, or soft lenses.

Letter of Employment from your company on official letterhead, with a company stamp and signature. The letter must contain the following information:

• Company contact information.

• The visa applicant’s name, position, salary, and length of employment.

• Approval of leave from the company, stating the exact start date of the leave and the date of return to work.

• The name and position of the officer signing the letter.

• If visiting multiple countries, specify all countries with their corresponding dates, for example: Finland Jan 5 – Jan 10, France Jan 10 – Jan 12, etc.

If you are the business owner, attach a copy of the SIUP/NIB/Kemenhumham (Business License/ID/Ministry of Law and Human Rights approval).

Photocopy of ID Card (KTP), Family Card (KK), Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate (if married), Name Change Certificate (if you have ever changed your name), or the official receipt for an ID card application.

Proof of ticket reservation from departure until your return to Indonesia. If you are traveling between countries, attach the domestic or international flight bookings for those transfers.

Hotel booking and a day-by-day itinerary.

Travel insurance with a policy value of at least USD 50,000 / EUR 30,000, which must include COVID-19 coverage.

Last 3 months of bank statements, officially stamped and legalized by the bank, and a Bank Reference Letter. (Time deposit statements are only supplementary documents and cannot replace the 3-month bank statement).

School/University Enrollment Letter in English. An ID card alone is not sufficient; an official letter is mandatory.

All documents must be translated into English by a sworn translator.
