Requirements

Important: Single names on passports are not permitted for this process.

Color scan of a new passport with a minimum validity of 8 months before departure. The scan must include:
- The main passport details page.
- The name endorsement page (if any).
- All pages that have stamps or visas.
ORIGINAL Ticket (already issued) which MUST be with EMIRATES airline. If the ticket is with any airline other than Emirates, the visa cannot be processed through VFS.
Attach a 3-month bank statement and a letter of employment/sponsorship.
Two (2) passport photos, size 4×6 cm, with a white background, a photocopy of the Family Card (KK), and employment data.
Hotel booking for the duration of the stay in Dubai.
Scan of ID Card (KTP), Family Card (KK), Birth Certificate (if there is a child under 17), and Divorce or Death Certificate (if applicable).

Notes:

The processing time is 1-2 weeks (visas are often issued just 2 days before departure).
The visa’s validity will begin from the date it is issued / the date the visa grant email is received from the embassy.
The price does not include the cost of the hotel; the hotel price depends on the traveler’s choice.
